Musical performance, ErHu (Chinese violin) by Liping Woods.

The style of eating hot pot is similar to western fondue. Each person at the table chooses his or her favorite cuisine, including thin sliced beef, pork, eggs, shrimp, tofu, vegetables and more...and dips it in the boiling tasty broth to cook.

This event is hosted by our cultural partner, the Colorado Springs Chinese Cultural Institute.
