The Rocky Mountain Military Affairs Society hosts a free public lecture, “The Mad Baron’s March:  International Rivalries and the Russian Civil War in Mongolia, 1920-1921” by Dr. John Jennings, Department of History, U.S. Air Force Academy.  The RMMAS seeks to educate the public about warfare and military issues, past and present, through presentations and publications by scholars and other subject matter experts.
